Primordial Sound Meditation is a meditation technique originating in the ancient wisdom of India. Primordial Sounds – the basic, most essential sounds of nature – are used to disconnect us from the activity of life. These individually selected sounds, known as mantras, are based on the vibrations the universe was making at the moment of your birth.

Once your Primordial Sound mantra has been determined, you will be taught how to use it on a daily basis to reawaken balance, tranquility and compassion within. Amy will help you to integrate this practice into your daily routine. PSM is easily learned in four short sessions over a period of a few days.

Amy is turning her nursing practice towards alternative modes of wellness in Ayurveda, yoga and meditation. And continues to seek Continuing Educational opportunities in Medical Aesthetics. Her thirst for knowledge makes her a student and devotee of science and spiritual truths. She dedicates most of her free time working with women enduring Life’s transitions.

Amy is a student of spiritual truths and Vedic Wisdom. She recently obtained her Primordial Sound Meditation Teacher Certificate, through the Chopra Center in Carlsbad, CA. She will start teaching meditation at Simply Bliss in January 2019.
